The feast of spring will start on March 2nd, 2012. An excellent meal will be available to be taste in a charming and country style decor including a very warm welcome. The atmosphere of our two dinning rooms made our reputation.

During the Sugar Shack season, we produce maple syrup. We have 1400 gash and our installations give us the opportunity of boiling the water on place and the production can be taste on the site by our customers.

Activities

We have many activities that can be proposed to you:

Sleigh ride or train ride
You can enjoy a ride of 15 minutes in the forest between the maple trees. Those rides are either done with a real old fashion charming train or with horses.

Mini farm
A visit of our mini farm where you can find a big variety of animals. It’s free!

Dancing room
A mobil disco is at our place every Friday and Saturday evenings to play all your favorite songs.

Interpretation service
An interpretation service of the maple and all the products is available during the week with a reservation.

A visit to the Bouvrette’s Sugar Shack would not be completed without a delightful maple syrup toffee served on fresh snow.
(Our snow is manufactured locally.)
